The Healthy Forest Partnership was initiated in 2014. We are dedicated to keeping our forest green and healthy by protecting it from spruce budworm.

We are conducting research to better understand rising spruce budworm populations. At the same time, our research focuses on identifying an early intervention strategy to keep spruce budworm at low levels.

We are a group of research, academic, government, and industry professionals working together to understand when and how an outbreak starts, and how we could prevent a major outbreak.
